Siren tracked the hooded figure by beacon to an installation in the mountains. Her body was still sore from the implantations; finger dexterity, arm movement, leg movement, and finally a neural interface that allowed her to hack into computers even at range. Siren was on her way to becoming more robotic then biotic, which was fine by her account.
Witnessing her parents death at a young age at the hands of a robotic assassin, Siren had since hated her human side, her weakness as she had stated it. In her mind machines were faster, stronger, more efficient, objective, and ruthless. These were all the qualities that she admired. So it was with each new upgrade she came closer to her goal, replacing her weakness with strength, her liabilities with assets.
Drawing closer to her newest target Siren felt more confident and able then ever. Her every movement seemed guided and enhanced by the upgrades. She wasn't sure about abducting another human being for there was no telling what Feinburg and Peyton would do to a live capture, knowing their propensity for experimentation. Even Siren, ruthless though she may be, did not wish that on anyone.
She was on route to her destination beacon by means of stealth outfitted harrier jet. It wasn't long before she reached the location, a mountain in the middle of a vast range only accessible by air from first look. It was nighttime and so she landed the harrier jet on a plateau overlooking the what seemed to be the entrance to the mountain base. She dawned her mirage suit, exited the jet, and began to scale the distance down to the door.
When she arrived she saw a simple metallic door with the emblem of a candle over a book. In addition to this were other runes similar to the ones of the vault they had attempted to open before. Siren remembered back to the incident at the lab and sighed. She knew there was no way for her to open the door herself, and so she waited just upon a ledge over the entrance. Siren was not a patient person and the hours wore upon her patience like none other, yet still she waited for what seemed like more then a day and a half before the door opened itself. She flicked her wrist to activate the suit and jumped off the ledge kicking the figure in the face. He went tumbling down and as he did Siren planted a sleeping dart into his neck from her tranq pistol. The figure was not Etherian but human and so she entered the complex and resumed her search for the vault-master.
Siren walked nonchalantly and silently through the halls of the Eoti complex. As she walked she observed windowed walls surrounding rooms filled with glass framed prints of some type she did not recognize. The complex seemed circular with rooms jetting outward and inward from the main circle with 1 particular pathway leading to a large room in the center.
Cautiously she turned down toward the large room to notice two guards stationed at what appeared to be an elevator and several others toiling about some unbeknown yet meticulous task. In the center of the room was a large sentry gun. Siren figured that at her best she could not overcome all the obstacles before her unless...
She blinked three times sequenctially and a small interface appeared within her frame of vision. She targetted the sentry gun and tapped into it's hierchy of commands. Almost through the sentry guns' internal defense systems she encountered a password of six letters. After much trial and error she narrowed it down down to six letters which made no sense to her. She entered them anyway,
T-h-e-I-N-D. She gained access to the inner control systems of the gun, changed it's targetting commands, and activated. The scene before her was a ballet of violence and blood. The gun decimated the guards sending the others running for their lives for Siren had set it to only shoot armed targets.
She entered the elevator and hit the only button, 'down.' It continued descending for some time before finally the door opened, Siren checked her suit to make sure she was still undetectable. Finally the door opened to reveal a massive room populated by more and more glass framed prints. They seemed to go on forever and in each cardinal direction from the elevator.
